Brain-Building Learning at Home through Play

A 12-week play based programme that helps you transform daily moments into rich, powerful learning experiences.

Keep the spark alive, screen free!

Kids are naturally curious. They poke, wonder, explore and ask “But why?” (alot!). That curiosity is their superpower. But when life gets busy, routines take over, and learning becomes “finish this worksheet” instead of “Oooh! Let’s explore that!”

The learning spark can fade with time. Minds in Motion focuses on keeping that spark alive. Learning becomes connected, ever-evolving, active, conversational, and full of discovery—the way children naturally learn.

When each part is understood,
The whole family moves with ease.

Every family has its own rhythms. Each member brings different energy, opinions, and perspectives. Like gears of different sizes, shapes, and speeds, learning works best when everyone is supported to move together. Different is not a problem; different is how the system stays strong.

What is the programme about?

Minds in Motion is a brain building that facilitates children’s connection and exploration of their world, develop cognitive, emotional, and social skills and build confidence through play.

Who is the program for?

The program is designed for children aged 2 to 6 years. Activities are personalised to different developmental stages for eg.Toddlers (2–3 years) focus on sensory exploration, sequencing, and cause-effect play. This is further tweaked to suit your child’s skills and interests. Similarly, preschoolers (3-6 years) work on early reasoning, problem-solving, and fine motor skills and engagein multi-step projects, creative thinking, and collaborative play.

How does it differ from regular worksheets or activities?

Unlike traditional worksheets or structured and instructed playtime or lessons, Minds in Motion is child led and interactive. It integrates learning with everyday experiences and encourages children to explore, experiment, and create with guidance, rather than completing tasks for the sake of checking a box. It’s about building thinking skills, curiosity, and confidence, not just finishing exercises.

How are the modules structured?

The program is divided into themed modules (e.g., My People & Places), each containing 12 sub themes. Each theme focuses oncore skills such as sequencing, spatial awareness, cause-and-effect, problem-solving, emotional reasoning, and sensory exploration through play prompts that resonates with your child. Modules progress gradually to help children build on prior skills, with guidance provided for parents to facilitate meaningful, playful learning and connections at home.

Are the activities safe for children aged 2–6?

Yes. All activities in the programme are designed with safety in mind, using age-appropriate materials, non-toxic items. However, this is accompanied programme and you are encouraged observe and engage with your child’s play.

Do I need special tools or materials?

No. Most activities use simple materials that are easy to find or are included in the package. When any additional items are suggested, alternatives or substitutes are provided to keep it practical and convenient.

Do I need to supervise my child during activities?

Yes. The programme along with a focus on building skills, also strengthens connections between children and the adults around them in a caregiving role. This could be parents, grandparents, helpers, aunties or nannies. A parent or caregiver’s presence helps your child engage securely and explore safely. Your role is to facilitate, encourage and play together, rather than “teach” formally.

Is there guidance for parents included?

Absolutely. Each activity comes with clear, parent-friendly instructions and suggestions to support the play. You can also schedule 1:1 sessions to discuss your child’s progress and developmental concerns.

Can I get advice if my child struggles with an activity?

Yes. We provide support through guidance notes, troubleshooting tips, and optional coaching. If your child finds a task challenging, there are suggestions to break it into smaller steps.

Are there live calls or coaching sessions included?

Some packages include live coaching sessions, Q&A calls that you can schedule. These sessions offer personalised advice, insights into child development and ways to support your child’s growth through the activities.

Can siblings of different ages use the program together?

Yes! Activities are flexible and can be adapted for siblings of different ages. Older children can take on slightly more complex steps while younger ones focus on simpler, sensory, or exploratory elements — promoting shared play and teamwork.

Is the program suitable for children with special learning needs?

Minds in Motion is designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Activities can be modified to suit different learning styles, attention spans, and developmental needs. Parents are encouraged to adjust pace, provide extra guidance, or simplify steps so every child can participate and benefit.
